Welcome to Repair Fixing. These terms govern the relationship between Appliance Repair and our clients in Dubai. By booking our services, you agree to the following:
1. Service Scope
We provide expert on-site repair services for all major household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dryers within the Dubai region.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
- Requests for repair can be made via our online form, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Service timing is subject to the availability of our technical team.
- We strive for rapid response, but exact arrival times may vary due to traffic or previous job complexity.
3. Pricing & Payments
- A diagnostic fee is applicable if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after the fault is identified.
- Payments must be settled in full immediately after the service is completed. We accept Cash and major digital transfers.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Customers must provide at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- Failure to notify us within this window may result in a nominal call-out charge to cover travel costs.
5. Warranty Terms
- We offer a dedicated warranty on the specific parts replaced and the labor provided.
- This warranty is valid only for the original fault repaired and does not cover unrelated appliance issues or misuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Our company is not liable for any pre-existing damage, food loss, or damages resulting from external factors like power surges or plumbing issues at the site.
